Inn Policies

  • Please be advised that The Nightfall Inn is a non-smoking facility. There is a designated smoking area on grounds, outside. Guests who fail to comply will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given. An extra room cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Check in is anytime 3-7pm. Early or late arrivals are welcome with advance notice. However, for the consideration of our other guests, no arrival past 900PM is allowed. Attempted arrival past 900PM will result in total forfeiture of room booking. Check out is 11AM.
  • Breakfast is served 730-10AM. Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions, aversions, allergies and preferences. Accommodations can easily be made.
  • Please be aware that all guest rooms are located on the second floor. There is no elevator.
  • Pets are not allowed. Please be aware there is a cat on premise. She does wander the inn, but is not allowed to linger in guest rooms.
  • A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation. Any cancellations prior to a two week period will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee. Any cancellation within a two week period, the deposit is forfeit, with few exceptions. Any no-show or cancellation within a 24 hour period and the entire cost of booking is forfeit.
  • Please note. Those travelling with children… The house is not childproof, thus we strongly recommend only children over the age of 8.
  • Due to past unpleasant incidences, there shall be no discussion of religion or politics at the breakfast table.
